The Pierway Associates Premium Program is a 10 step intensive one-on-one program developed to teach you how to identify and land the right job. The program focuses on self-assessment, appropriate career goal setting, interview skills training and job search strategies designed to give you a “leg up” on the competition! While we cannot promise that at the end of the program you will immediately land a job, we do promise that you will be better prepared to find and land a job. And our promise is that we will be available to you until you land in the right job.   The Steps outlined below are covered in 7 ninety-minute face-to-face sessions spread over on average a 60+ day period. Sessions can be accelerated or slowed down depending upon each individual’s unique situation. Additional consultations and follow-up will be conducted periodically by phone during the 60+ day timeframe and beyond until you land a job.

Virtual Coach

Virtual Coach offers students and /or recent graduates a "virtual" approach to their job search through weekly customized coaching sessions that can be conducted via webcam or phone. In consultation with your Pierway coach, you will develop a job search plan that will be followed throughout the engagement.

Resumes will be fully reviewed as well as all business communications such as cover letters and thank you notes. You will have 24/7 online and phone support when on this plan in the event that an important opportunity arises between appointments and if advice is needed.

The Interview Preparation Program consists of two 90 minute sessions designed to prepare you to ace interviews. You will learn how to craft your story, develop sound bites for presenting your essential skills and qualifications, and how best to respond to tough questions with poise and confidence. The included video taping of two practice interviews helps you gain comfort in presenting yourself in front of hiring managers and recruiters.

Resume & Communication Materials Development

Two 60 minute consultations designed to help candidates prepare professional and eye catching resumes and communication materials. The program helps you to develop a resume that best represents your collective experiences, skills, and academic background in a format that is professional and eye-catching. It also helps you to develop concise and informative cover letters, email covers and thank you notes that compel prospective employers to schedule an interview. Resumes and other communication documents will be will be reviewed and edited by Pierway Associates.
